Yes, we sure do! Give us a jingle at (602) 607-3011.
  • What is the average size of a pool?
There's no need to base your design on an average, but 30 feet by 15 feet is common.

We are building new pools and spas in Phoenix, Peoria, Glendale, Surprise, Buckeye, Litchfield Park, Avondale, Tolleson, Goodyear, Wadell, and Estrella Mountain.
  • How much does a new pool cost in Phoenix?
Since we build custom pools, there really is no "standard price." Please see our Pricing page for a more detailed explanation. For illustration purposes only, our sports/play pool is up to 5 feet in depth, with a 75-foot perimeter and 350 square foot surface area. It also includes 300 square feet of acrylic lace decking. This pool would include a Pentair Variable Speed Pump, Pentair Energy Efficient Cartridge Filter, Intermatic Time Clock with Subpanel, Rebel Suction Cleaner, Automatic Water Leveler, Spectrum 360 White LED Pool Light, and much more. This pool ranges from $40,000-$50,000.
  • On average how much more is it to add an in-ground spa?
The cost of anything depends on design and amenities. On average, you can expect to pay a minimum $12,000-$14,000 more if you intend to add a custom in-ground spa.
  • Do you offer landscaping features I can include in my pool project?
Absolutely! Schedule your consultation today to ask your designer about adding landscape rock, plants, curbing, a pergola, an outdoor kitchen, and more! Check out our Outdoor Living page for more details on building the backyard Oasis of your dreams.

No, we don’t but here are a few basic pool maintenance tips, as well as a couple of preferred companies that do great work! Desert Pool Tech - www.desertpooltech.com Deep Clean Pools - www.deepcleanpools.com
  • How long does it take to pull the permit to build a pool?
It depends on the city. The conservative timeline to expect is three to six weeks. But, in our experience, it’s usually a bit sooner.
